Legacy returns to the Dallas area with Legacy Fighting Championship 16, taking place on December 14 at Allen Event Center, and will be broadcasted live on AXS TV. Confirmed for the card is the anticipated match between Will Campuzano and Jimmy Flick for the Legacy Flyweight Title. Campuzano was originally scheduled to face Chad Robichaux for the title at Legacy FC 12, but “Robo” was unable to go through with the fight after the weigh-ins. Flick agreed to fight Campuzano at Legacy FC 13 in Dallas, but Campuzano suffered an injury in training and the fight was cancelled. Now, the two have agreed to fight each other in December for the  Flyweight Title.

Featherweights Rey Trujillo (12-8) and undefeated Chas Skelly (9-0) have agreed to a bout at Legacy Fighting Championship 16 on December 14. Skelly, who holds two submission wins over former Legacy two-division champ Daniel Pineda, will be making his Legacy debut. This will be Trujillo’s first fight in Legacy since his knockout of the night performance at Legacy FC 10 in February.

Also on the card will be a battle of undefeated bantamweights, as Nelson Salas (4-0) takes on Eli Tamez (4-0). These two have met previously as amateurs, with Eli winning by submission in the first round. Also scheduled to compete are Antonio Banuelos, Ryan Benoit, Darrion Caldwell, Sean Spencer, and a rematch between Matt Hobar and Steven Peterson.

Join us to see who the top flyweight in Legacy is on December 14!
